Production Utility Operator

Responsibilities

• Maintain high quality standards as determined through quality specifications.
• Ensure personal and others' safety by following all safety rules and policies.
• Support production processes by replenishing raw materials, inspecting, packaging, and palletizing finished goods.
• Aid equipment operators, participate in equipment change-overs, and perform general housekeeping duties.

Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start).
• At least 6 months of Production/Manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Additional qualifications include 1+ years of Production/Manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

Qualifications

• Starting “base” rate: $22.49 per hour (90% of the full rate).
• After 6 months: $23.74 per hour.
• Full rate after a year: $24.99 per hour.
• Shift: 12-hour shift from 7pm – 7am with a 2/2/3 work schedule.
• Required to work every other weekend.
• This is a union facility open 24/7, 365 days a year (including holidays).

Pay

The starting “base” rate for this position is $22.49 per hour (90% of the full rate). After 6 months, the pay will increase to $23.74, with the full rate for the position reaching $24.99 after a year.

Schedule

This is a 12-hour shift from 7pm – 7am with a 2/2/3 work schedule. With the 2/2/3 schedule, you are required to work every other weekend.
