Production Test Technician Lead

Duties/Responsibilities

• Direct Daily Operations: Assign daily testing tasks to technicians to meet production schedules.
• Train and Mentor: Onboard new technicians and train the team on updated test procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor Throughput: Track team performance metrics, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the testing process.
• Escalation Point: Serve as the primary contact for technicians encountering complex system failures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a test technician, with 1-2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• The ability to evaluate and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical instruments.
• Proficiency reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree / 2 year Technical Degree (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).

Pay

Salary Range(annual): $52,520 - $68,640 ($25.25 - $33.00 per hour).
