Production Technician-LVT- All Shifts

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify transmission parts for quality and accuracy
• Assemble components using hand tools and automated equipment
• Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure adherence to TS 16949 and ISO 14001 policies, procedures, and instructions
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Basic English reading and comprehension
• Manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required
• Physical demands:
  • Regularly stand for multiple hours, up to 12 hours at a time
  • Frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms
  • Frequently perform forceful repetitive grasping
  • Occasionally walk for extended periods; bend; stoop; kneel or crouch; talk or hear
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
  • Specific vision ability required: close vision

Pay

1st Shift: $14.00/hour base pay → $15.25/hour with bonus.
2nd & 3rd Shift: $16.00/hour base pay → $17.25/hour with bonus.
Plus a $50 weekly attendance bonus.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM; mandatory overtime on Fridays & Saturdays.
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM; mandatory overtime on Fridays & Saturdays.
• 3rd Shift (Weekend Shift): Friday–Sunday, 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM (12‑hour shifts); mandatory overtime may include Monday & Thursday.
• Must be flexible to work assigned shift and overtime as needed.
