Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Mandatory overtime on Fridays & Saturdays)
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Mandatory overtime on Fridays & Saturdays)
- 3rd Shift (Weekend Shift): Friday–Sunday, 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts) (Mandatory overtime may include Monday & Thursday)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspect and verify transmission parts for quality and accuracy
- Assemble components using hand tools and automated equipment
- Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Record production and quality data
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic English reading and comprehension
- Manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required
