Arrow Electronics is seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Production Technician Lead to coordinate rotations, new builds, material transfers, training, system updates, DMS reconciliation, and customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide work instruction and prioritize team tasks to ensure integration quality, production objectives, and schedules are met.
- Perform complex technician functions, including builds and troubleshooting with or without a build plan.
- Coordinate and monitor workload and flow of all technicians to maintain efficiency, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Serve as backup for all functions in the work area.
- Train employees on company work methods, processing procedures, and skill development.
- Act as first-level technical escalation for area technicians and resolve production process issues.
- Escalate issues to management or appropriate support groups as needed.
- Prepare, build, test product, software loads, package, and deliver.
Requirements
- Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2–4 years of experience, or a high school diploma with equivalent related experience.
- May require specific certifications.
- Developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
- Works within established procedures with moderate supervision.
- Identifies problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.

Pay
Annual hiring range/hourly rate: $25.00. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
Schedule
Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (East Sky Harbor Cir). Full-time role.
