Production Technician II | 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday)

About the role
The role involves advanced operation of aseptic filling and packaging equipment, including line and equipment cleaning, disinfection, line clearance, and proper documentation practices.
Responsibilities
- Maintains production area to prevent cross-contamination (line clearance).
- Cleans and disinfects equipment after each run and performs line clearance.
- Responsible for maintaining OEE (system entry and standards).
- Properly documents all activities and operations correctly and on time in the batch record.
- Performs basic troubleshooting to prevent equipment downtime.
- Performs preventive maintenance and line changeovers of format sizes.
- Meets and maintains all required training during the year (SOP, EHS, and HR).
- Supports operational excellence and EHS initiatives.
- Assumes responsibility for GMP, ISO, and EHS awareness and compliance within the respective area.
- Attends and participates in OpEx improvement initiatives such as reducing costs and OEE improvements.
- Operates packaging line and serialization equipment (Packaging).
- Transfers components into the aseptic area and sets up for CIP/SIP (Filling).
- Operates ointment, gel, solutions, and suspension filling lines, including RABS fillers (Filling).
- Operates Continuous Particle Monitoring System (Filling).
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
- Three to five years of experience as a Packaging Operator II, Aseptic Filling Operator IV, or equivalent.
- Able to work quickly and under pressure.
- Good documentation and math skills.
- Detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Pay
Start pay range: $22.00 per hour.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.
