Responsibilities

• Builds and repairs composite products
• Uses measuring devices such as tape measures, speed squares, and framing squares
• Learns and uses tools including grinders, saws, routers, and sanders
• Handles chemicals and solvents safely
• Works effectively within a team environment
• Communicates and manages time effectively
• Adapts to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Maintains strong safety awareness and commitment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, follow instructions, and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Willingness to learn tools and techniques
• Capable of safely handling chemicals and solvents
• Effective within a team environment
• Good communication and time management skills
• Adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong safety awareness and commitment

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or Construction Experience
• Preferred Trade Skill Experience (Carpentry, Painting, Mechanics, Home Finishing, Carbon Fiber, Fiberglass, Resin Infusion, Vacuum Bagging, Mold Making, Forklift Experience)
