Job Description

• Complete more than 50% of the total repairs for the team.
• Focus on repairing bikes quickly and consistently, while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Handle the most complex repairs with confidence and skill.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide excellent customer service without direct interaction.
• Use a wide range of industry-leading tools.
• Potentially travel to other Trek stores for work.
