Production Technician

About the role

We are seeking a full-time team member for a position in our specialized portfolio, supporting diverse markets such as animal nutrition, bioindustrial, and road safety salt.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment like mixers, grinders, and packing machinery to produce quality products
• Collect samples, supervise tank levels, and record data using computer systems
• Ensure products meet specifications and maintain safety and cleanliness standards
• Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts
• Collaborate with team members to improve facility operations
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied conditions

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to communicate in English and perform basic computer tasks
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including working at heights and in outdoor environments
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, nights, and weekends

Preferred Skills

• Mechanical troubleshooting experience
• Production-related work experience
