Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment and process controls
• Perform start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Complete sampling, batch records, logs, and required documentation
• Follow safety, environmental, quality, and operating procedures
• Maintain housekeeping standards and support equipment readiness
• Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, quality, and EHS teams
• Participate in emergency response and required training activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong mechanical aptitude required
• Chemical plant or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
