About the Role

We are seeking a full-time operations associate to support manufacturing processes in a diverse portfolio, including animal nutrition, bioindustrial, and safety products.

Responsibilities

• Operating equipment such as mixers, mills, and palletizers
• Collecting samples and supervising tank levels
• Inputting data using computer systems
• Ensuring products meet quality specifications
• Operating mobile equipment like forklifts
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
• Collaborating with team members to improve operations

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Legally eligible to work without sponsorship
• Proficient in English
• Basic computer skills
• Capable of performing physical duties such as lifting up to 55 lbs, bending, climbing, and working in varied conditions

Preferred Skills

• Mechanical troubleshooting
• Prior production experience
