Responsibilities
- Operate extrusion and blow-molding production machines to maintain smooth production flow.
- Adjust machine settings for heat, cooling, and pressure as needed.
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Check product quality to ensure compliance with customer standards.
- Collaborate with shift teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.
- Participate in ongoing on-the-job training and Plastipak Academy courses.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- A knack for working with your hands and solving mechanical problems.
- Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment is a plus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, or electromechanical systems is helpful.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Must be available for double-time pay on Sundays.

Pay
This position offers a starting salary depending on experience, including base pay, night shift premium, and double pay on Sundays.
Schedule
Steady work with predictable 12-hour shifts, alternating weekends off, and double-time pay on Sundays.
