Production Technician

About the role

The Production Technician will play a key role in supporting imaging operations, focusing on executing pre-imaging and post-imaging tasks in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will help maintain smooth imaging processes while supporting quality, efficiency, and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Support imaging operations to ensure accurate and efficient imaging processes.
• Perform pre-imaging preparation, including fixturing and tagging of components to ensure proper alignment and identification.
• Manage post-imaging handling, tagging, and documentation of components to maintain traceability and quality standards.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipment of imaged components, as well as receiving incoming materials, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Set up and maintain fixtures, tools, and equipment used in imaging workflows, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of imaging activities.
• Collaborate with imaging technicians and logistics personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and applicable guidelines related to imaging operations and material handling.

Requirements

• High School Degree required.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to complete required training and maintain applicable imaging operations qualifications.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Desire to learn innovative technologies and concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Eligibility for employment conditioned on qualifying for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls.
• Eligibility may be conditioned on meeting Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, including a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting, and criminal background check.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive compensation package. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Schedule

Core work hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
