Production Technician

About the role

We run 5,000+ parts a week. This role is what keeps that number real. The Production Technician is the backbone of daily operations. Your work is what turns a schedule into a shipped order. When you do it right, clients get parts they can trust — on time, every time.

Responsibilities

• Load printers and harvest builds — AM and PM, every day
• Post-process FDM and SLA parts: support removal, sanding, finishing, and assembly
• Run visual quality checks on every part before it ships
• Label, pack, and dispatch orders on time — no exceptions
• Keep the production floor clean, organized, and moving
• Manage your queue across overlapping jobs and deadlines
• Flag machine issues, failed builds, and material needs immediately
• Assist with light machine maintenance: nozzle swaps, bed leveling, vat cleaning

Requirements

• 1–2 years in fabrication, production, manufacturing, or a workshop environment
• Familiarity with FDM or SLA 3D printing and finishing techniques
• High attention to detail — quality-first, always
• Strong time management in a high-output setting
• Mechanical aptitude is a strong plus
