Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and repair cryogenic liquid and gas systems, including storage vessels, vaporizers, purifiers, analyzers, pipelines, valves, pumps, compressors, and control systems.
- Perform system commissioning, start-ups, shutdowns, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and repair instrumentation such as transmitters, meters, control systems, and automatic valves.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems (<600 VAC) and read/maintain P&IDs and wiring diagrams.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS; analyze equipment data to identify and resolve issues.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, materials, and external contractor support.
- Maintain accurate maintenance, QC, and production records; manage spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and operational procedures; perform LOTO and permit-required work.
- Identify and report safety risks, incidents, and near misses; stop unsafe work immediately.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.
- Communicate effectively with customers, management, and internal teams; respond professionally to feedback.
- Participate in training, meetings, and team activities; support performance and operational goals.
- Work in both field and office environments, including at heights; support on-call rotation and extended hours as needed.
Requirements
- Associate degree, technical certificate, or recent military training in a technical field (e.g., Machinist Mate, Electrician Mate, Gas Turbine Technician, Boiler Technician).
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in industrial plant operations or maintenance.
- Ability to climb ladders and perform work at elevated heights.
- Capable of wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to lift 45–75 lbs. as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy.
- Ability to operate forklift and aerial manlift (upon company qualification).
- Willingness to be on-call and work overtime, including nights and weekends.

Pay
Salary range: $58,451 - $85,729
