Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and repair cryogenic liquid and gas systems, including storage vessels, vaporizers, purifiers, analyzers, pipelines, valves, pumps, compressors, and control systems.
  • Perform system commissioning, start-ups, shutdowns, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and repair instrumentation such as transmitters, meters, control systems, and automatic valves.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems (<600 VAC) and read/maintain P&IDs and wiring diagrams.
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS; analyze equipment data to identify and resolve issues.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, materials, and external contractor support.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance, QC, and production records; manage spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and operational procedures; perform LOTO and permit-required work.
  • Identify and report safety risks, incidents, and near misses; stop unsafe work immediately.
  • Propose and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and internal teams; respond professionally to feedback.
  • Participate in training, meetings, and team activities; support performance and operational goals.
  • Work in both field and office environments, including at heights; support on-call rotation and extended hours as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate degree, technical certificate, or recent military training in a technical field (e.g., Machinist Mate, Electrician Mate, Gas Turbine Technician, Boiler Technician).
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in industrial plant operations or maintenance.
  • Ability to climb ladders and perform work at elevated heights.
  • Capable of wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to lift 45–75 lbs. as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy.
  • Ability to operate forklift and aerial manlift (upon company qualification).
  • Willingness to be on-call and work overtime, including nights and weekends.

Pay

Salary range: $58,451 - $85,729
