What Makes You Great
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or apprenticeship in a related field preferred
- Experience in continuous chemical or industrial operations is preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong commitment to safety and housekeeping standards
- Proficient in basic computer and technical skills
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs/ladders, work in confined spaces, and wear required PPE

What You Will Enjoy Doing
- Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the air separation facility
- Operate equipment and adjust controls to maintain proper flows, pressures, and product purity
- Maintain product quality in line with customer requirements and quality standards
- Monitor equipment performance (e.g., cooling efficiency, water temperatures, system effectiveness)
- Read and interpret P&IDs and control logic diagrams
- Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and technical guidelines
- Troubleshoot issues in the fill zone and backup systems
- Perform cooling tower water testing and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain facility buildings, grounds, and related equipment
- Train and mentor new employees as needed
- Oversee and communicate contractor activities when required
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance with maintenance teams
- Complete required training and on-the-job training within timelines
- Use computer systems and Microsoft Office applications for daily tasks
- Perform duties in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
Pay, Schedule, and Benefits
Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $53,625 - $78,650
