Production Technician

About the role

The role involves performing various maintenance tasks on production equipment, ensuring optimal operation and efficiency. It also includes troubleshooting minor issues and assisting in training new employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment
• Identify and resolve minor equipment malfunctions
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and address concerns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Proficient in using basic hand tools and power tools
• Experience with industrial machinery and equipment
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
