About the Role
As a Production Technician, you will join the pill room team and be a key contributor in hands-on manufacturing of a wide variety of power solutions for missiles, ordnance, CAD/PAD, and Space and Aerospace applications.
Responsibilities
- Foster safe working practices
- Set up tooling in presses for multiple chemistries
- Work with HMIs
- Run presses as needed
- Pay great attention to detail and be able to multi-task
- Troubleshoot and identify issues when press is not running properly
- Complete other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- U.S. Persons
- Strong mechanical background
- Willing and able to pass an Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) Background Screening
- 3-5 years of maintenance related experience
- Experience in working with HMIs
- Basic understanding of mathematics
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to follow detailed instructions
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent record of attendance and reliability
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs
- Highly detailed and organized
- Other duties as assigned
