Production Technician

About the role

Perform assigned functions at Almac Clinical Services relevant to the packaging area, ensuring quality is maintained in products for the safety, well-being, and protection of the patient. Work in Secondary Packaging Rooms (no exposed product) and in Primary Packaging Rooms (exposed product) when required.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate, shut down, and clean all Production-related equipment utilizing the highest standards within a cGMP environment, following Almac SOPs.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and perform preventative maintenance per Almac SOPs and Planned Maintenance schedules.
• Package, label, and assemble material in ambient conditioned areas as detailed in the batch document, in accordance with ALMAC Clinical Services SOPs and cGMPs.
• Complete all required associated documentation per Almac SOPs, ensuring accurate information is recorded.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Mechanical/Electrical Degree or training (preferred).
• 1+ years of Machine/Mechanical or related experience (required).
• Experience in pharmaceutical or similar GMP environment (preferred).
