Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute aseptic operations including sterile compounding, filling, and capping procedures inside ISO Class 5 cleanrooms.
• Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and adhere to FDA guidelines and USP standards in all production activities.
• Complete batch production records, logbooks, and yield calculations accurately to maintain full traceability and data integrity.
• Perform strict aseptic gowning procedures and sanitize tools, materials, and equipment entering the sterile core.
• Operate specialized manufacturing equipment such as autoclaves, formulation vessels, and single‑use filling lines.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure consistent performance and minimize downtime.
• Support environmental monitoring protocols by tracking air particulates and surface bioburdens in the cleanroom.
• Maintain a high level of quality assurance by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reporting any deviations or issues.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract‑to‑hire position based out of Elkhorn, WI. The role is fully onsite.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 /hr.
