Production Technician

About the role

Easy Aerial is a leading military-grade autonomous Drone-in-a-Box designer and manufacturer based in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Our advanced UAV solutions serve critical security needs across various sectors including defense and security. We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform various assembly tasks in support of the company's electromechanical Production work including: soldering, crimping, PCB assembly, CNC/hand-tools, cable-making, wire-routing
• Follow established processes and procedures to support the final assembly of products
• Assist with the testing and evaluation and Quality Control of completed products
• Provide recommendations for process improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with assembly tools and materials; must have soldering and cable making experience
• Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment; electronics preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with drone software and telemetry systems is a plus
