About the Role
Vishay Duluth is currently seeking applicants for a Production Tech. Job Location: This position will be on-site at the Duluth, MN facility, near Airpark blvd and Haines Road.
Responsibilities
- Performs set-up of equipment
- Maintains and monitors line operators
- Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results to identify yield problems or test new products
- Provides technical assistance to manufacturing
- Provides technical assistance to quality issues
- Skill trained/experience in winding, soldering, encapsulation, testing, and assembly
- Participates in lean improvements and initiatives on production lines
- Operates special equipment and facility systems (MES, vantage, IHLP ect.)
Requirements
- 4-6 years of related experience in manufacturing/production

Skills
- Experience in winding, soldering, encapsulation, testing, and assembly
- Knowledge of special equipment and facility systems (MES, vantage, IHLP ect.)

Pay
$23/hr starting pay (additional compensation may be added based on experience)
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM
