Job Description

• Complete more than 50% of the total repairs for the team.
• Focus on repairing bikes quickly and consistently, while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Handle the most complex repairs with confidence and expertise.
• Work independently and as part of a team, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Experience a flexible work schedule and minimal customer interaction.
• Have access to advanced tools and potential for paid travel to other Trek stores.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $22.00
