Job Description

• Complete more than 50% of the total repairs for the team.
• Focus on repairing bikes quickly and consistently, while keeping accuracy and quality a top priority.
• Handle the most complex repairs with trust from the team and customers.
• Require elevated technical skills, communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
