- Proven work history in production or a similar role
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Experience with or willingness to learn Forklift and Hoist operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, operation standards, and work instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and tasks as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry preferred
