Production Team Member - Truss Assembler 2nd Shift

About the role

Production Team Members work efficiently, in a safe manner, maintain high quality standards, and help to ensure that guest expectations are met. Positions include machine operation, and product assembly. There are many advancement opportunities to move into leadership positions and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include various types of manual labor as required by type of plant, such as:

• Assemble trusses, kits, and other items based on plant needs
• Operate presses, pneumatic guns, and other machines
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work with others

Requirements

The position requires:

• Continuous standing with infrequent lifting up to 75 pounds
• Bending, squatting, walking, and twisting
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma / GED is preferred

Pay

Starting hourly rates are:

• Part-Time: $21.25/HR (2nd shift)
• Full-Time: $23.05/HR (2nd shift)

Shift premium is included in the listed hourly rate.

Schedule

The company is hiring for full-time and part-time positions, with flexible part-time scheduling available. The 2nd shift schedule is from 4PM until 2:30AM, Monday-Thursday.
