Production Associate - Truss Assembly - 2nd Shift

About the role

We’re looking for skilled and detail‑oriented individuals to assist in the production process by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment; supplying or holding materials or tools; inspecting or wrapping; as well as stacking and banding material or products. Responsibilities

• Load and unload material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment.
• Supply or hold materials or tools.
• Inspect or wrap materials.
• Stack and band material or products.
• Assemble materials with a torque gun and assist in the placement of products on equipment or work surfaces, supplying or holding materials or tools.
• Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5‑S practices.

Pay

$19.95 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday 2:00 pm‑10:00 pm, with occasional overtime required.
