Join Our Team as a Production Associate! We’re looking for skilled and detail‑oriented individuals to assist in the production process by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment; supplying or holding materials or tools; inspecting or wrapping; as well as stacking and banding material or products. Whether you’re experienced in production or eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, we welcome candidates of all backgrounds to bring their unique strengths to our team.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment
- Supply or hold materials or tools
- Inspect or wrap materials
- Stack and band material or products
- Assemble materials with a torque gun and assist in the placement of products on equipment or work surfaces
- Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications
- Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities
- Support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5‑S practices

Pay
Pay: $19.95 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential (total $21.95 per hour).
Schedule
Hours: Monday‑Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, with occasional overtime required.
