Production Team Member (Temporary)

Imperial is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Team Member to assist in various aspects of the screen printing process, including running the press, pulling printed shirts, and stacking the finished product. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions accurately, and ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running the press, pulling printed shirts, and stacking the finished product.
• Ensure good quality and attention to detail throughout the production process.
• Work as part of a team to maintain efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with other tasks related to the screen-printing process, as needed.

Pay

Up to $15/hour – depending on experience

Schedule

Peak Season Hours (March 1 through June 30):
1st Shift: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Friday
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday - Thursday | 2:30 - 10:30 PM, Friday

Regular Hours:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
