Production Team Member

About the Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing, Production, or Warehouse-type role in the Food Manufacturing Industry. This position involves packing and unpacking products, loading/unloading cylinders for the HPP machine, stacking pallets, labeling, and performing sanitation duties.
Responsibilities
- Packing and unpacking the product
- Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine
- Loading and unloading pallets
- Labeling and code dating product
- Performing sanitation duties as assigned
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience
- MHE/Forklift experience
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Ability to communicate in English (Speak, read, and write)
- Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively work with others and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a cold/wet environment
- Ability to lift 10-35 lbs repetitively and up to 45 lbs occasionally
- Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionally
- Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts

Pay
Hourly pay is provided based on the company's standard pay scale.
Schedule
Shifts are typically 10-12 hours long and operate in a cold/wet refrigerated environment.
Working Conditions
This role operates in a cold/wet refrigerated environment (around 34 degrees F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for 10-12 hours a day. This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required.
