Production Team Member

About the role

The Production Team Member will be responsible for supporting the production process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Support the production process by handling tasks such as quality control, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a production environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of production equipment and processes.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
