Requirements

• A strong commitment to working safely
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex high-powered machinery
• Experience with high-speed, high-volume work
• Basic English language skills are helpful
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, ability to read a tape measure, and ability to identify product defects
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work required overtime, including Saturdays
