Production Team Member

Description

Our customers rely on us to deliver their boxes efficiently and on time. As a Production Team Member, you will perform a variety of tasks, including quality checks, material setup, machine setup, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

• A strong commitment to working safely
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery
• Attention to detail, ability to read a tape measure, and identify product defects
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with high-speed, high-volume work
• Basic English reading and understanding skills

Skills

• Operating corrugator & converting machines
• Performing routine maintenance on machines
• Adjusting machine settings to achieve desired dimensions and quality
• Inspecting corrugated products for defects

• Maintaining a safe work environment
• Keeping work area clean and organized
• Assisting with other tasks, such as loading and unloading materials or operating other machinery
• Mentoring new team members

Pay

• Starting Pay Rate: $21.76/hr
• Probationary Period: Increase after 90 days
• Salary Range: $21.76-$29.02 per hour, depending on role, level, and location

Schedule

• Shifts available: 1st Shift (5 am - 1 pm) or 3rd Shift (9 pm - 5 am)
• Training starts on dayshift regardless of shift hired
• Flexible to work daily and/or weekend overtime
