Production Team Member

About the role

Auto-Chlor is looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our Production Team. No prior experience is required—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn. This is a hands-on, entry-level position where you can develop valuable skills, work as part of a team, and take pride in your daily contributions.

Responsibilities

• Mix raw chemicals following Auto-Chlor’s formulas and safety procedures
• Fill, label, and seal containers
• Prepare containers and keep the production area clean and organized
• Safely operate equipment and wear required PPE
• Take ownership of tasks to ensure products meet high-quality standards

Requirements

• Reliability, good communication skills, and a teamwork mindset
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Comfortable wearing all required PPE

• Competitive annual pay range of $50,000–$52,000 ($23.25 hourly) plus overtime as needed
