The Opportunity
Primary job duties will include but not limited to safely performing a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing areas, production, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Starting payrate - $25.01/hr, after probationary period pay will increase based on the position you move into

• Shift Available: You must be able to work any shift including OT during your probationary period, once the probationary period is completed you can bid on your shift reference. This is a unionized facility

Duties

• Ensure that all tooling for the machine is on hand
• Assist the machine operator and assistant operator with setups and jam-ups
• Ensure that the area surrounding the machine is kept clean of debris and spills

What You Need To Succeed

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• A strong desire to advance within the industry
• Corrugated box manufacturing a plus; familiarity with Flexo, Gluers, Rotaries, Clamp Trucks and Forklifts are a plus
• Much math skills will be assessed

• Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
