Metalworks is a family-owned company with over 50 years of manufacturing excellence. We are seeking new Team Members for manufacturing positions in Ludington. Positions available include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating various press brakes and equipment to fabricate materials
• Applying powered paint to finished metal goods
• Cleaning and preparing painted parts for hanging
• Welding and grinding subcomponents
• Basic assembly of cabinets

General Duties

As a Production Team Member, you will learn a variety of skills including:

• Sub-Assembly: Assembly and label placement on cabinets, sending to builder by conveyor system
• Drawer Person: Combining front and drawer bin for cabinets, sending to builder
• Builder: Finishing assembly and drawer installation
• Packaging: Boxing products using vacuum hoist and skidding, shipping to Shipping
