Production Team Member
About the role
Effective July 1, 2026, starting at $28.77/hr. for 2nd shift assembly positions. 1st shift starting at $25.52/hr. Four (4), 10-hour shifts in our assembly areas with overtime on Fridays. (Other schedules available)
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly on commercial laundry equipment (some positions may include wiring)
- Flex / rotate within various positions when needed
- Must be able to read and follow visual work instructions and daily schedule
- Have the ability to use hand and/or air tools with proper training
- Operate mechanical and hydraulic presses
- Set up dies and die sensors as required for each job
- Perform quality control inspection, requiring the ability to interpret engineering prints
- Rotate to different presses and jobs as needed
Requirements
Standard Work Hours (some departments may vary): Assembly Departments: Monday - Thursday
1st Shift: 5am - 3pm
2nd Shift: 3pm - 1am
Qualifications
- Positive attitude with ability to function in a team environment
- Flexibility to work overtime as scheduled, including some Fridays
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Walk in Interviews
We will be hosting additional interview days on Wednesday in 2026, and those dates will be announced in the following weeks. Walk in interviews will be hosted on July 22nd from 10am to 2pm at 119 Shephard Street in Ripon - Door 1.
