About the role
Successful candidates must be able to work in various jobs which can include rotating to different job duties. These job duties could include various machine operators, handling material, grading material, quality checks, clean up, and other similar manufacturing activities.
Responsibilities
- Follow written and verbal job instructions
- Provide feedback and apply critical thinking
- Use personal safety equipment in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, fast-paced fork lift traffic, machine noise, and varying work conditions depending on the season
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of personal safety practices
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical effort
