Production Team Member - 1st & 2nd Shift

About the role

Production Associates will work hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment, rotating through various stations to assemble truck cap frames, roofs, and install lighting options using drills, screw guns, rivet guns, and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble truck cap frames and roofs.
• Install lighting options using drills, screw guns, rivet guns, and related equipment.
• Rotate among multiple work stations to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Stay active and on the move throughout the shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Schedule

First shift runs from 5 am to 3:30 pm. Positions available for a set full‑time schedule or a flexible part‑time schedule. Every weekend off.
