Production Team Leader - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities, ensuring the team achieves safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Organize work assignments and breaks for Technicians throughout the shift.
• Work alongside the team, filling in during breaks and absences to operate production equipment safely.
• Provide on-the-job training to team members and track training completion.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment, making adjustments and repairs to ensure optimal product production.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing production experience and one (1) year of leadership experience in a production environment.
• Experience providing on-the-job training and task guidance to others.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience using computer programs, such as SAP.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Pay

$27/hour + $0.30 shift differential

Schedule

Rotating 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule
