Production Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Azure Data Engineering solutions using ADF, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, and Databricks (PySpark/Spark).
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes, including RCA, issue resolution, and operational governance aligned with ITIL practices.
• Establish data quality, governance, metadata management, and compliance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to manage escalations, service reviews, deployments, and platform enhancements.
• Lead automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production support environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Data Engineering with a focus on production support and digital operations.
• Strong understanding of Azure Data Platform technologies such as ADF, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, and Databricks (PySpark/Spark).
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes, including RCA and operational governance aligned with ITIL practices.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, metadata management, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Ability to lead automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production support environment.
