Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions
- Document and track customer interactions for quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
