Key Responsibilities
- Expedite and communicate when expected delivery dates are missed for the following production statuses:
- Awaiting Assignment / Dispatched to Technician / Being Repaired
- Awaiting Parts / Parts Research / Parts Ordered
- QA Further Evaluation / BER Evaluation
- Enhance, improve, and manage customer communication processes regarding repair status and delivery expectations
- Ensure customers are provided with all available options through purchasing, sales, and engineering as required
- Manage follow-up processes to confirm customer satisfaction after corrective action
- Auxiliary data research and fact-finding to support technician monthly performance reviews and metric tracking
- Support Repair Production Team Leaders and Technicians with inventory management related to production processes
- Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong focus on department growth and process improvement

Education & Experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One to three years of related experience and/or training
- Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus

- Frequent walking
- Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds

About the Role
The Production Support position is responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and expediting repair parts within the standard production flow. This role ensures quality, on-time delivery, and constant customer awareness throughout the repair process by communicating revised delivery expectations through phone, email, and fax as required.

Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
