Production Support Administrator

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to ITAR regulations.
• 1-2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing is highly preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
• Able to maintain a high level of organization and meticulous documentation.
• Works well in a team environment and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications is preferred.
• Experience with an MRP/ERP system (e.g., Syspro) is a plus.
• A basic understanding of the manufacturing process and product realization is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Expedite new contract folders throughout departments, ensuring the review and release process is completed in a timely manner.
• Create, log, and maintain AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Organize and file all production in-process build photos and other quality-related documentation.
• Provide administrative support as needed to the department to ensure efficient operations.
• Support Document Control with filing and revisions when requested.
• Support Packaging and Receiving departments when requested to help meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
• Focus on driving Safety, Quality, and Productivity in all tasks.
• Collaborate with all departments (Management, Production, Quality, etc.) to have a positive impact on the organization.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision. This position is eligible for a $2.00 per hour shift differential for working on the 2nd shift.
