Production Administrator
About the role
Utilize SAP to execute daily manufacturing, distribution, and logistics transactions.
Aid in expediting and troubleshooting both outbound production and lab orders.
Track and report weekly/monthly CI & KPI data to Manufacturing Management.
Deliver samples to Quality Control (QC), prepare boxes for customer deliveries, and perform shipment transactions through systems like FedEx and UPS.
Support the Production Support Supervisor with monthly KPI tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with Quality Management to resolve quality-related manufacturing or material issues.
Participate in the development of ISO Manufacturing Department documentation as needed.
Communicate with key stakeholders within Givaudan, including Customer Care, Planning, QC/QM, and Commercial.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma with relevant experience in the fragrance or manufacturing industry.
- 1–3 years of related experience.
Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP ERP systems and logistics platforms preferred.
- Understanding of just-in-time (JIT) operations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and database tools.
- Comfortable working with numbers and inventory processes.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to adapt and support continuous improvement efforts.

Pay
Salary range: $58,000 – $70,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, based on business needs).
