Production Support (2nd)

Key Accountabilities And Outcomes

• Work with associates to ensure they are in compliance with RPC Quality Standards and Specifications
• Ensures that all required documentation for production records is completed according to RPC policies
• Aid Team Leaders with Safety Training
• Aid with New Hire Orientation tasks as needed (file, E-verify, tour, etc.)
• Provide support for Team Leaders when it comes to work schedules, absences and PTO
• Complete production reports
• Order and process production supplies
• Assist associates with access setups

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

• High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required
• Food manufacturing experience (1 to 2 years) a plus
• Strong computer skills (excel, powerpoint, etc.)
• High organizational and multitasking skills
• Speak, read, and write English and Spanish
• Understand company policies and procedures
• HR experience a plus
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to document and measure results
• Teamwork building skills
• Comfortable public speaking
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
• Ability to follow procedures
• Occassionally come in during 1st shift
