Production Supervisor - Weekend Nights
About the role
As an ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell Aerospace, you will oversee production processes, ensure goals are met efficiently, maintain quality and safety standards, lead a team, manage resources, and implement improvements. You will report directly to the Sr ISC Operations Manager and work out of the Minneapolis, MN location on an on-site schedule. In this role, you will impact production operations within the AERO business group, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and meet customer requirements. You will drive operational excellence, maintain high-quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will supervise a team of individual contributors manufacturing Honeywell Aerospace's world‑class innovative products, leveraging your manufacturing experience and leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional quality. Through collaboration with cross‑functional teams, you will prioritize workload and drive continuous improvement, coaching team members in technical and behavioral competencies to deliver high impact business results.
