What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure all materials shipped meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Hold your team accountable for producing high-quality products.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and process settings.
- Monitor and verify completion of process checks, inspections, and system documentation.
- Follow up on scrap RCFA (root cause failure analysis) and quality hold events to ensure resolution.
- Plan ahead to ensure smooth shift transitions and operational continuity.
- Schedule and manage crew activities to optimize efficiency and control costs.
- Lead and support training, cross-training, and skill development of team members.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible/rotating shifts.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and manufacturing systems.
