About the role

The Production Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and managing team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production processes to meet quality and quantity targets.
• Manage and motivate a team of production workers to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Resolve production issues and coordinate with maintenance staff as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and employees to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific equipment and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college education or relevant certifications preferred.
