Job Description
Join our team as a Shift Supervisor and help drive safe, reliable, and efficient chemical plant operations.
- Lead shift teams to meet safety, environmental, and production goals
- Act as Incident Commander during emergencies
- Monitor performance indicators and optimize processes
- Ensure procedures are followed and updated
- Coach and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture
- Participate in root cause analysis and reliability reviews
- Support continuous improvement and plant optimization
- Perform technician duties when needed
- Identify training needs and support development initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in chemical plant operations
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Problem-solving skills to improve plant performance
- Experience with SAP maintenance systems
- Knowledge of PSM and RCMS is a plus

Salary Range
USD 85,000 - USD 95,000 yearly
Shift Hours
2:00pm-10:30pm MST
